Most demolition work pairs directly with new concrete. The old slab comes out, the base is corrected, and the new pour starts from stable ground instead of a compromised surface. We also perform standalone demolition for site clearing, failing detached structures, old wall removal, and prep before another contractor takes over.

Structures can bring permit requirements, and pre-1980 structures need asbestos awareness before demolition. Concrete can sometimes be crushed on-site for fill when appropriate, reducing hauling costs. When disposal is needed, material goes to a licensed C&D facility and recyclable concrete and rebar are handled responsibly.
